Mindful Awareness
Pending official site copy (this is a placeholder, drawn from public introductions, not the final copy).

Mindfulness is a practice of "consciously, without judgment, bringing attention back to the present moment." Amid busyness and anxiety, we often miss what we truly feel in this moment. Through mindful awareness, you will gradually learn to:

  • Observe your emotions and thoughts without being carried away by them
  • Find an anchor back to the breath when stress arises
  • Relate to yourself in a gentler way

This may be for you if

  • You feel persistently tense, with thoughts that won't stop
  • You want to begin a self-care practice but don't know where to start
  • You wish to build a stable inner rhythm in daily life

Details on course format, duration, and fees will be updated with the official copy.
